Challenges With Previous System

  1. Initially, the client was using typical Fingerprint device for attendance. Due to the covid situation, they were compelled to switch to Touchless Face Recognition device.
  2. Monitoring of shift wise, location wise attendance was a big challenge for client previously.
  3. As they have multiple locations obtaining centralised data from all these locations was a big challenge. Client required a vendor having support and services on Pan India basis.
  4. Configuring their ongoing business policies was also a big concern as they were not finding flexibilities in their existing system.
  5. Summaried view of attendance was not available for leaders for buissness review.
  6. No option to manage compliance for OT and continous working of employees.
  7. No option to customize reports as per there requirments.
  8. There were no options to get the attendance data over email on dailly basis.

  8. Daily, weekly, monthly repoorts are being pushed on the email to leaders, managers and site admin.
  9. API for dashboard is provided which client is using to get data for Weekly buissness review.
  10. Multiple customised filters were provided to have a deatiled view of attendance.
  11. Multiple shift handeling, dynamic shift handelin, Night shift on Weekly off and holiday etc options are provided.
  12. For adding employee on the go Camattendance admin app is provided.
