Challenges With Previous System

  1. Initially, the client was using typical Fingerprint device for attendance. Due to the covid situation, they were compelled to switch to Touchless Face Recognition device.
  2. Tracking short hours of employees was a challange.
  3. Realtime Integration was a big challange.
  4. No process for OT approval was available.
  5. Summaried view of attendance was not available.

Solutions

  1. Touchless face recognition devices were installed which not only eliminated the virus transfer chances but also gave employees confirmation of attendance with accuracy.
  2. Shift wise attendance and report generation helped to get the process done smoothly.
  3. Client was offered the adequate support required and they could easily manage their devices.

  9. API for fetching attendance and transactions was provided..
  10. Multiple customised filters were provided to have a deatiled view of attendance.
  11. Multiple shift handeling, dynamic shift handelin, Night shift on Weekly off and holiday etc options are provided.
  12. For adding employee on the go Camattendance admin app is provided.
  13. Monthly balance which employee could use for coming late and going early option was proovided.
