Challenges With Previous System

  1. Client needed an appropriate attendance system to manage daily shifts of employees.
  2. Client faced challenges with accessing data from different locations at any given point of time.
  3. There was a prerequisite for shift management feature in their attendance system.
  4. There was also a need for cloud storage facility in their attendance .

Solutions

  1. Client installed Kent CamAttendance and went ahead with our ‘Advance’ Plan. Now, they can easily manage employees’ daily shifts.
  2. Client was able to access data from any location at any given point of time. Creating multiple check-in locations for employee App for employees working from field was also possible.
  3. Kent device made it easy to manage shifts. Defining complex shifts and rosters based on parameters like fixed/flexi timings, grace periods, repetition periods, etc. was also possible now.
  4. Client was offered Cloud Storage facility with our Kent Device. So, they could keep a record of all the information without losing any data.
