Challenges With Previous System

  1. Client had deployed a ‘Proximity Card System’ across the organization.
  2. They were facing issues in managing attendance data as they had a large employee base.
  3. The existing system wasn’t very accurate which led to wrong portrayal of employees’ attendance data to the top management.
  4. Client wanted to replace Card Punching System & needed a new attendance solution which supported employee data upload for more than a thousand employees, at one go.
  5. They also required data integration with their existing HRMS software & specifically wanted the attendance data & reports in their own format.

Solutions

  1. Client had evaluated several Attendance solutions but found KENT’s facial recognition touchless attendance system to be the most apt solution, particularly because KENT understands the pain-points of present-day attendance system being a new entrant in this category.
  2. CamAttendance fulfilled all their requirements and could easily manage large attendance data.
  3. The new system could capture employees’ attendance accurately and the system worked very fast, thus avoiding any sort of queue formations.
  4. Thousands of employee records could get created very easily and the complete onboarding process took only two days.
  5. An API was easily created which gave them the access to integrate attendance data with their current HRMS software. The request for a customized report was also fulfilled within the required timeline.
  6. Client had taken trials with multiple solution-providers, but CamAttendance’s demo stood out as it was very comprehensive and seamless.
