  1. Client needed a mobile based attendance management system.
  2. Client required to track location of their employees.
  3. There was a need for proper shift management to avoid any hassle in marking attendance.
  4. Client required device which could manage leaves in a seamless way.
  5. There was also a need for managing employees working in multiple locations.
  6. Appropriate support and services for attendance management was required.

Solutions

  1. Kent mobile attendance app enabled capturing and managing attendance on the go. It notified employees to check-in when they come within designated geo-fences.
  2. Utilizing our device enabled the supervisors to view their team’s GPS positions in real-time.
  3. Client went ahead with our ‘Advance’ Plan. Now, they could easily manage the shifts and mark exceptions like late coming, early going, etc.
  4. Kent device defined different types of leaves such as Casual Leave, Earned Leave, Sick Leave, etc. Also, they utilized the WFH feature using Kent CamAttendance employee app.
  5. Utilizing our device, they could create multiple check-in locations for employee App for employees working from field.
  6. Client was offered appropriate support and services for attendance management.
