Challenges With Previous System

  1. Client made a shift from Fingerprint system to Face recognition at the time of covid for ensuring safety of the employees.
  2. There was a need for data backup even if the internet or Wi-Fi is not working.
  3. There was also a requirement for feature like Visitor logs.
  4. Digital onboarding of employees was required. And, new joinees personal data needed to be saved for future reference.
  5. Client required access to all the reports from anywhere.

Solutions

  1. Kent Cam Attendance, a facial recognition attendance device was a one stop solution to all their attendance needs. To begin with, they chose to go with our ‘Basic’ Plan for their daily attendance needs.
  2. Our attendance device worked in offline mode too. Additionally, the client could store data for up to 45 days, and push it to the cloud when connected to the internet.
  3. With our device, they were given an option to add a visitor using their unknown logs.
  4. Using our device, digital onboarding along with document capturing was possible.
  5. Client could easily access the reports, and they were also getting customized reports from our development team for unique requirements.
